At the request of Neo-China Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares and debt securities (stock code: 2528) has been 
suspended with effect from 2:30 p.m. today (6/11/2006) pending issue of an 
announcement regarding a proposed discloseable acquisition by the Company 
involving the issue of consideration shares by the Company.
